| 12:00pmIndulge in Handmade Ice Cream for a Cause When the Students of the International Culinary Center Raise Funds to Support Gulf Coast Category : Charity Event Students of The International Culinary Center are doing what they do best by getting into the kitchen and creating a creamy summer treat in support of wildlife and eco-systems affected by the Gulf Coast oil spill. Students will be selling handmade Bourbon Butter Pecan Ice Cream with Fudge Tar Balls to raise money for those directly affected by the oil spill to help to address victims’ immediate needs. 100 % of the proceeds from the sale of the ice cream will go to the National Wildlife Federation’s® Gulf Oil Spill Restoration Fund - America's largest conservation organization is working with volunteer networks on immediate response and o ...
