Top Chef Season One alum Dave Martin is back for round two, however this time he is teaching the perfect warm-weather recipes for summer barbequing. Chef Martin’s menu will have you making all-star dishes that will make you that star of any summer barbeque. He will teach you how to cook juicy Asian-inspired pork tenderloin and a quick and easy hanger steak—no grill required—along with updates on classic side dishes and a scrumptious dessert to round out the menu. Dave’s famous “old school” four-cheese mac ‘n’ cheese, Caprese salad with basil oil and blue cheese and a mixed berry crumble dressed with a Golden Graham and pecan topping and crème fraîche. By the time you have completed this gourmet mouth-watering meal, relax and enjoy with the rest of the class.
Taught by Dave Martin, who after Top Chef , has continued to cook and make special appearances around the country and his first book, Flavor Quests, was published in October 2009.
Classes run for $195 and are 3 hours long plus 1 hour of dinner.
