Watch and learn as The French Culinary Institutes’ Nils Norén, VP of Culinary Arts, and Dave Arnold, head of the Culinary Technology department demonstrate the future of cocktails. Both Nils and Dave are known for pushing boundaries in the kitchen and now they will share their skills behind the bar with you. This class allows you to watch demonstrations and taste some of the most extraordinary cocktails. Be prepared to be blown away by the different techniques they use to concoct these amazing creations. Some of these up-and-coming techniques include carbonation, liquid nitrogen, rotary evaporation, and vacuum infusion in action and you can even pick up a couple nifty low-tech bartender tricks to try at home. Enjoy a cocktail experience unlike any other you have had before.
Classes run for $125 and students must be 21 years or older to enroll.
