Sean Patrick's Pub & Grill, formerly known as Molly Malone’s, recently held its grand opening at its Southern Highlands location. It is one of four Irish themed pubs in the Las Vegas Valley which were recently purchased by PT’s Entertainment Group (PTEG) and renamed under the Sean Patrick brand.

The pub offers much of the standard PT’s menu plus some Irish food specialties as well as a pool table and shuffleboard.  Customers can also take part in PT’s Golden Rewards gaming program and make deposits to their William Hill Sports Betting Account.

The PTEG now has 47 pubs in Southern Nevada and all offer 50% off on beer and pizza during happy hours as well as numerous special promotions.  As example, customers can take part in a football picking contest and have a chance to win a Harley Motorcycle during October.

The standard PT’s menu consists of a wide variety of burgers, pizzas, salads, and chicken wings and nuggets.  We sampled several food offerings that are unique to Sean Patrick’s during the Grand Opening Event.

Sean Patrick’s Chips are best described as Irish nachos.  They consist of thin, crisp potato chips topped with melted cheese, onions and corned beef.  I recommend washing them down with a cold Guinness.

A Reuben Sandwich served on marble rye was tasty.  The Guinness Steak Sandwich is unique.  It consists of a NY strip steak, Guinness spread, caramelized onions, melted cheese, and dark ale mustard all on a steak roll.  Time for another Guinness.

The Sean Patrick Pizza is a real specialty offering – certainly not your typical Italian pizza.  It is made with white sauce and contains corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, onions, bell peppers, parsley and Thousand Island dressing.  And the crust is thin.  I really enjoyed this unique product.

The bar is the center of activity at Sean Patrick's

Sean Patrick’s has a great vibe which is shared by both the customers and bartenders.   It is located at 11930 Southern Highlands Parkway near the intersection with St. Rose Parkway.  Since it is easily accessible from Exit 27 on the I-15, it is a great location to stop at for casual dining before or after a drive to Los Angeles. Just stay off the Guinness if you are driving.
